What is HEC Equivalence?

HEC Equivalence is the process where the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan evaluates a foreign degree and certifies that it is equivalent to a Pakistani degree (e.g., Bachelor's, Master's, MPhil, 

or PhD).

Why is HEC Equivalence Required?
